Re-sanding and Restoration

If your floor gets a wear pattern down to the wood or stain, your floor needs to be resanded. To avoid paying fees to resand, preserve your floor and funds by getting a recoat. Your floors should get a recoat every 5-7 years, depending on the type of finish used.
